Information
Hi, my name is Clara Brackett, and I created Community Wellness Online as part of my Better Community: Better World Project. As a student, I understand how stressful school, work, and life can feel at times, and I know that finding support isn’t always easy. My goal in building this site was to create a safe, accessible, and stigma-free space where students and young adults can find trusted mental health resources, stress-relief strategies, and positive reminders whenever they need them.
Through this project, I’ve grown as a leader and community member, and I’m passionate about promoting mental wellness and self-care. I believe that even small steps—like practicing mindfulness, journaling, or reaching out for support—can make a big difference in our overall well-being. This site is here to remind you that you’re not alone and that help is always available.
